QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, QUALITY MATERIALS

At Wolfcraft we refuse to compromise quality.  For example we use select and better solid hardwoods for doors, drawer faces, and trim.  For larger surfaces demanding greater resistance to warping and cracking, we use sliced solid hardwoods fused to MDF, a wood product engineered for its ability to tolerate a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

7-STEP FINISHING

Our 7-step finishing process consists of:
-Meticulously finish sanding and thoroughly inspecting each piece
-Hand-wiping a generous application of a variety of wood stains and finishes.
-Pre-drying for fill and consistency and final drying using a clean cloth.
-Certainly applying a generous coat of Sherwin Williams vinyl sealer.
-Hand sanding of each piece to ensure smoothness, because precision matters.
-Preparing for final coating by removal of sanding dusts and other debris.
-A final application of Sherwin Williams pre catalyzed top coat by markedly skilled craftsman to ensure even coverage.

DRAWER BOX DESIGN

Our drawer box design features 5-board construction consisting of full three-quarter inch solid ponderosa pine, furthermore adding strength.  The drawer joints are indeed secured with fasteners and coated in cellulose cement, providing ultimate drawer rigidity.  Each drawer rides on ball-bearing full-extension glides and have a weight rating of 100 pounds because drawer operation is important.

Our personal approach to furniture craftsmanship means a wide variety of options are available to our customers.  Every item that we make is available in oak or maple quality hardwoods.  We then offer a selection of ten different finishes and ten different hardware choices.  Many additional person-touch options such as fully extendable drawer rails, hand-rubbed (antiqued) finish and dimmer lights are also available upon request.  The result is literally millions of possibilities, above all to provide each customer with customized unique products.
